We took on a project with the brief to find a way to turn a very run down studio apartment into a modern one bedroom flat with our own design, supply and build. The client wanted a fully finished and furnished project with everything down to knives and forks picked out and supplied.

We did the architectural and interior design, gained the necessary permissions and supplied everything for the project, including:

• A bespoke kitchen, built-in wardrobe, tv unit and bathroom unit, all built in our UK factory

• New slim profile aluminium windows to replace rusted Critall windows

• Oak engineered wood flooring

• Underfloor water heating system which is only 1.8 cm deep

• Tiling and all bathroom fixtures

• Ceiling speakers

• Glass smart house switches and sockets

• All of the furniture and decorative elements

Our team built the apartment using the latest technology and materials to a high-end, exacting standard.
